The Topanga Town Council is proud to present the 2022 Topanga Resident Access Card. The card is available for both residents and caregivers.

This year’s Access Card honors the Topanga Association for a Scenic Community, Topanga Chamber of Commerce, and Topanga Trash Warriors, whose efforts led to Caltrans designating part of Hwy 27 as a State Scenic Highway.

Those with cards from previous years can renew online. If you are a first-time applicant, learn how to apply here.

When evacuation orders are given, Los Angeles County will instruct residents via their Zone when and how to evacuate the canyon. The Access Card will help you to remember your Zone number and will expedite re-entry into the canyon when the officers deem it safe to return.

All monies made from the sale of the Access Card fund the many community programs of the Topanga Town Council. The cards are $12 per person.
