Arson Watch The Community Arson Watch is an all-volunteer group serving the Malibu-Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station that in fire weather, patrol throughout the mountains looking for fire or fire hazards. Arson Watch is made up of your neighbors, giving up their time to help keep your community safe. |

Disaster Radio Team (DRT) The Disaster Radio Team (DRT) is a group within the Topanga Coalition for Emergency Preparedness (T-CEP) that focuses on communications during an emergency. It is responsible for maintaining a radio communications network and radio room at the EOC and for Red Cross Damage Assessment. During an emergency, the DRT also sends out Top of the Hour Reports available to anyone with a FRS radio.

Topanga Animal Rescue Topanga Animal Rescue provides local placement services for lost or abandoned domestic animals, and provides immediate medical field triage and treatment for domestic or wild animals. TAR offers spay and neuter clinics, as well as community education programs.

T-CEP’s all-volunteer group mans Topanga’s Emergency Operations Center during a disaster.

Topanga Canyon Docents The Topanga Canyon Docents was started in 1974 by a group of friends and activists who wanted to share their love of nature and the Santa Monica Mountains. They volunteer time for public nature walks and give programs for school groups. The Docents are committed environmentalists who've created a popular and fun educational program.

Topanga Symphony The Topanga Symphony was founded in the summer of 1982 and has since presented a regular program of free concerts of high quality. It is truly a community orchestra, consisting of a mixture of amateurs, students and professional musicians.
