Topanga Resident Access Card

310-455-3001, ext 1, then ext 2

The Topanga Access Card is a local program approved by the CHP and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, allowing Topanga cardholders an easier and faster re-entry into the canyon during a "resident only" road closure, when officers deem it safe to return. The card is issued annually through the Topanga Town Council and is available to Topanga residents and caregivers.  New applicants, click here.  Renewals, click here.

Topanga Survival Guide & Supplement

The Topanga Survival Guide is an emergency management plan for Topanga that includes information on preparing for disasters, what to do during a disaster, and how to recover from such events.

Topanga Zone Map

The Topanga Zone Map was created by the Los Angeles County Fire Department in an effort to help the Topanga residents evacuate in the most effective manner during a disaster. Topanga is divided into nine separate tactical zones with designated community safe areas (CSA). To find your zone and CSA, refer to the Topanga Survival Guide, Chapter 14, pages 125-142
