Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilties

On November 4, at 6:00 p.m., join the Malibu Foundation for a zoom forum on landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities during COVID-19.

The information session will cover landlord and tenant questions relating to the coronavirus pandemic and tenant protections, including discussing the new California law, AB 3088, and the additional protections and obligations it imposes. 

The foundation will also cover some general resources that are available to Malibu residents. 

Participants can submit topical landlord-tenant questions upon registration for the event. Submitting questions will help guide presenters on information they should address. There will also be a Q&A session after the main presentation.
