The annual LACOFD Defensible Space Inspection Program begins on June 1st and continues through the month. If a home is not compliant with brush clearance requirements during the on, follow-up inspections will be done within 30 days. This will ensure that all necessary clearance is completed prior to the onset of fall Santa Ana winds.
